Alices Bear Shop

Alice lived in a "run-of-the-mill" sort of house with her cat and dog and her ordinary family, but Alice was not an ordinary little girl.  Alice talked to bears and bears talked back to Alice.

It all began when Alice sat at her mother's feet and watched as she mended a big old growly bear called Woodroffe.  Alice knew there and then that she too wanted to mend bears.  Soon all of Alice's friends began to bring their 'loved to bits' bears to be repaired.

Alice and her mother became so busy they decided to open a Hospital for poorly bears.  They found a quaint little shop in a seaside town and set to work.  As more and more bears visited the hospital, Alice listened to all their stories and the tales from Alice's Bear Shop began.

The Alices Bear Shop Collection was created by artist and author Rikey Austin.  With careful consultation from the artist Russ have created these wonderful bears for you to take home.  These bears also feature in their own story and Cobby, Tat, Sandy and Woodroffe all have hard cover story books available for purchase.  These make a wonderful gift and are perfect for children.
